Christopher's practice focuses primarily on commercial lending and financial transactions such as acquisition financings, asset-based financings, and reserve-based financings, with a focus on the energy industry. He represents both agent banks and borrowers in U.S. domestic and international syndicated loan transactions.

His experience includes representation of commercial banks, commercial finance companies, mezzanine funds, and borrowers in connection with a wide variety of commercial lending transactions, including secured and unsecured lending, syndicated credit facilities, senior and subordinate lending, restructure/workout financings, debtor-in-possession facilities, and complex intercreditor arrangements.
