Anastasia is a member of V&E’s worldwide Energy Transactions and Projects practice group. Her principal areas of practice are mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, project development and project financings. Anastasia also has experience in private equity, securities offerings and general corporate representation.

Vitol Inc. in a landmark tax credit transfer agreement with Avangrid, Inc. to purchase an estimated $100 million of wind PTCs
NALA Renewables and Buckeye Partners in connection with the acquisition of and joint venture structuring for, the Swift Current Energy portfolio, a US portfolio of development wind and solar assets in excess of 10GW, including the construction and term financing and tax equity investments in the portfolio assets
Talos Energy in multiple acquisitions of U.S. Gulf of Mexico producing assets, exploration prospects and acreage from affiliates of ILX Holdings, Castex Energy and Venari Resources for $640 million
Renewable and Sustainable Energy Fund of The Carlyle Group in the formation of a joint venture with Alchemy Renewable Energy, LLC (ARE), a renewable energy developer and tax equity arranger, together with the acquisition of certain operating and development-stage solar projects from ARE
Gulf Coast Ammonia in the development and financing of a world-scale ammonia project in Texas
Osaka Gas in its $610 million acquisition of 100% of the outstanding shares of Sabine Oil & Gas Corporation, a subsidiary of Sabine Oil & Gas Holdings
Wishbone Energy Partners in the $300 million sale (via $270 million cash and $30 million common stock) of its North Central Basin Platform assets located primarily in Texas and New Mexico to Ring Energy
MN8 Energy (Goldman Sachs Renewable Power) Fund in the $350 million acquisition from Marina Energy, a subsidiary of Southern Jersey Industries, of its solar portfolio comprised of 76 distributed solar energy projects with total capacity of 204 MW
Buckeye Partners in its acquisition of a 270 MW, construction-ready solar power generation facility in Falls County, Texas, from OCI Solar Power
