In the first REIT Series program of 2019, V&E REIT professionals will discuss the benefits, challenges, and opportunities associated with using Qualified Opportunity Funds to invest in real estate, including the various roles that REITs can play. Various Qualified Opportunity Fund structures, and their pros and cons, will be reviewed and discussed in light of the current state of guidance.
