D.C. Circuit Holds that the Proposed Rule to Regulate GHG Emissions Cannot be Challenged Until EPA Issues a Final Rule

EPA Pushes Back Anticipated Release of Final Clean Power Plan Rules to August 2015

EPA's recently updated Unified Agenda of pending regulations sets an August target for issuing a final rule for the Clean Power Plan. This pushes the final rule back from the June 1, 2015 deadline set in President Obama’s  Presidential Memorandum directing the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to work expeditiously to complete greenhouse gas (GHG) standards for the power sector.
