The non-profit Energy & Mineral Law Foundation presents its Winter Workshops on Energy Law this year at Lago Mar Resort, Florida. Topics for this year's workshops include “Dynamics of the U.S. Energy Economy,” “Non-Investing in Overseas Projects and Coal Export Opportunities,” and “Challenges to the Domestic Coal Industry — Implications of Higher Coal Mining Costs in Appalachia.” On Tuesday, February 14, at 2:30 p.m., V&E lawyers Robin Fredrickson and Jeff Munoz will speak on “Global Investment in U.S. Shale – Joint Ventures.”
