The 9th Annual Gas and Power Institute features timely topics relevant to the gas and power industry in light of the current economic climate. This year, attendees will learn about enforcement, environmental initiatives, recent state and federal legislative actions, and about financing energy transactions. Vinson & Elkins partner Larry Nettles will speak on environmental issues associated with shale production. Vinson & Elkins associate Tab Urbantke will speak on the 2010 - 2011 sunset review of Texas energy regulatory agencies.
