Overview
V&E lawyers who are licensed to practice before the Patent & Trademark Office have substantial experience prosecuting patent applications and assisting clients in developing effective strategies for the development and protection of intellectual property.

  • Prosecuted patents in diverse fields including, for example, inventions pertaining to pharmaceuticals, polymers, genetically engineered crop resistance, and oil field technology
  • Represented a major manufacturer of offshore drilling rigs in patent prosecutions
