Biography
Edward’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and infrastructure projects primarily in the energy industry. He has assisted with due diligence, negotiations, and drafting of principal documents for acquisitions and energy infrastructure projects.
Before becoming an attorney, Edward worked in management for eight years at two Fortune 500 companies. He has spent a total of seven years living and working in Latin America and Europe, and is fluent in Spanish, French, and Italian, and proficient in German and Portuguese.
