Biography
Bill's practice focuses on white collar criminal issues, government investigations, and litigation growing out of such matters. He is involved in trial work, grand jury proceedings, congressional and other governmental investigations, as well as clients' own internal investigative efforts.

- Represent international company and its U.S. affiliates in ongoing antitrust investigations being conducted by U.S. and foreign government agencies. The investigations involve allegations of cartel activity and price fixing in the worldwide air and ocean freight market. Key issues include evaluation of relevant markets, value of commerce, and possible damage issues
- Represented foreign corporation in U.S. Department of Justice investigation of criminal international antitrust violations including price fixing and global market allocation. Client was not charged and ancillary civil litigation was resolved favorably
- Represent individuals and companies in Congressional investigations, including baseball steroid issues, federal campaign financing issues, and public corruption investigations
