Biography
With over 24 years experience in corporate finance, Valinda has built her Dallas-based practice representing financial institutions, corporate lenders, and businesses in all types of financing arrangements including syndicated credit facilities and complex restructurings. Her passion includes assisting businesses with acquisition and working capital financings. As a result of her work on behalf of clients, Valinda has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America® as a leader in banking and finance law (2003 - 2007) and banking law (2008 - 2011); and by Texas Monthly as a "Super Lawyer" (2003 - 2011).
