Chandler, Trina Hill

Biography
Trina is a partner in the Corporate Department and her practice includes domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, project finance and development, corporate finance, hedging transactions, and partnership and LLC formations. She represents major energy and utility companies, financial institutions, private equity firms, and insurance companies, primarily in power, marketing and trading, and other energy related transactions. Trina is listed as one of the World's Leading Energy and Natural Resource Lawyers in 2007, 2009, and 2011 and as one of the World’s Leading Women in Business Law in 2011 by Legal Media Group (Euromoney). She is also a Fellow of the American College of Investment Counsel and a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation. Trina currently serves as the co-head of V&E's Energy Industry Group.
