Biography
Tim's practice focuses primarily on finance transactions. He represents arrangers, lenders, and borrowers in a variety of domestic and international loan transactions including syndicated finance, asset-based finance, oil and gas finance, structured finance, and loan workouts. A significant part of Tim’s practice includes the representation of private equity funds and their portfolio companies in finance transactions. In addition, Tim has significant experience in real estate transactions including real estate acquisition, disposition, finance, and leasing.

- Representation of the agent in connection with two asset-based revolving credit facilities totaling over $550 million for affiliated refining companies and subsequent workouts

- Assisted in the representation of a mezzanine debt fund in connection with the purchase of $90 million in notes from a medical device manufacturer
- Assisted in the representation of an international private equity fund in connection with a $850 million secured term loan for the acquisition of stock in a Korean bank
- Assisted in the representation of a ship owner in connection with a $170 million senior term loan secured by a fleet of cargo ships
