Biography
Terry's finance practice focuses on secured lending, syndicated bank finance, and asset-based finance, including receivables securitizations and secured transactions under Article 8 and Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code. He represents borrowers, administrative agents for syndicated bank groups, placement agents and indenture trustees.

- Represented a major U.S. and international air carrier and certain subsidiaries, as borrowers, in a multi-tranche $565 million loan by a syndicate of U.S. and foreign banks, secured by aircraft, engines, landing slots (with a landing slot trust), international routes, and capital stock of certain subsidiaries
- Represented a major U.S. and international air carrier in connection with a syndicated bank financing secured by Rolls Royce RB211-535E4 engines
- Represented a major U.S. and international air carrier in syndicated bank financings to fund $360 million pre-delivery payments to aircraft manufacturer, secured by the carrier's rights under its agreements with the manufacturer
