Biography
Stacy has experience handling a variety of complex disputes in state and federal courts. Stacy’s practice has included work on bankruptcy-related litigation, antitrust actions, and other business disputes. Stacy also has experience with Foreign Corrupt Practices Act investigations.

- Represented a major energy company in an 18-month, worldwide investigation related to potential violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act
- Core member of a trial team that successfully defended a large, global-branded, consumer products company in a Chapter 11 matter against efforts by an appointed committee of pre-petition equity holders to prevent confirmation of a plan of reorganization
- Assisted in obtaining dismissal, on forum non conveniens grounds, of several products liability cases brought by foreign plaintiffs against the United States arm of a multi-national oil field services company
