Biography
Sami advises clients on regional, international, and cross-border mergers and acquisitions; banking and finance; capital markets; and privatization matters. He has deep experience representing clients in the financial services, petrochemical, power, water, oil and gas, and telecommunications sectors in the Middle East, particularly in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.

Prior to joining V&E, Sami practiced for over eight years in the Riyadh and Abu Dhabi offices of a major international law firm and has significant experience with regard to legal and business structures in the Middle East. Sami also previously practiced at Ali Sharif Zu'bi, Advocates and Legal Consultants, in Amman, Jordan.
