Ruben’s principal area of practice is corporate finance and securities. He has represented clients in connection with initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, private placements and registered offerings of debt and equity securities, as well as securities law compliance, corporate governance and other general corporate matters. Ruben has assisted clients in a broad range of industries, including energy, energy services, financial services, chemicals, and airlines.
