Biography
Bob's practice focuses on international and domestic corporate finance, tax advantaged finance, project finance, leveraged buyouts, subordinate and mezzanine loans, derivatives, interest and currency hedges, and other financial transactions, including handling the equity components associated with the foregoing. He joined the firm in 2007.

Bob's experience includes: numerous secured and unsecured bank credit transactions (representing both lenders and borrowers); leveraged and unleveraged net, operating, and synthetic lease arrangements; international and tax advantaged financings; commercial paper facilities; tax benefit transfers; various interest rate swap arrangements; private and public placements of loans, leases and participation therein; exercises of remedies pursuant to the UCC, contract and common law; and pre-packaged and other bankruptcy proceedings.

Bob has worked on several recent transactions of note, including the synthetic lease (representing the lessor/secured party) of an inventory of aircraft rotable parts permitting interchange and substitutions for incorporation in unrelated aircraft worldwide, acquisition (representing the purchaser) of a substantial portion of a bankrupt carrier's secured bond/lease portfolio, DIP financing (representing the agent lenders) for Trump Hotels & Casino Resorts, and vendor financing (representing the vendor) of a cable fiber optic network throughout Western Europe.
