Biography
Rob's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings and other investment activities. He also advises business organizations regarding matters such as securities law disclosure, corporate governance and fiduciary obligations. Rob has represented clients in a variety of industries, including energy, retail, technology, manufacturing, and financial services. Rob currently serves as the Hiring Partner of the Dallas office.
