Biography
Robert's practice consists primarily of structuring the federal income tax effects on partnerships, corporations, and individuals involved in complex domestic and international business transactions. He has represented many of the firm’s clients in a variety of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, and capital market transactions.
