Biography
Randy practices in the areas of business and finance, concentrating on real estate transactions throughout the country. Randy has extensive experience representing investment funds, individual and institutional investors, and REITs in forming joint ventures and acquiring, financing, developing, restructuring, selling and leasing shopping centers, office buildings, hotels, industrial parks, and apartment complexes.

- Represented a NYSE parent entity in connection with its real estate subsidiary selling a portfolio of office buildings, residential developments, golf courses, and water rights
