Biography
Noelle's practice is focused primarily on project financings, acquisition financings, and secured lending transactions. Noelle represents project developers, lenders, investors, and financial advisors in connection with the development, financing, construction, and operation of domestic and international capital intensive projects, including electric generation facilities, industrial plants, and pipelines. Noelle counsels clients in all phases of domestic and cross-border secured lending transactions, including contract negotiation, financing, and post-financing matters. She has extensive experience in complex commercial bank and institutional loan and security documentation, Uniform Commercial Code practice areas and opinion practice.
Noelle is a member of V&E's Finance Practice Group.

Representative Experience
Domestic and Cross Border Transactions View All
- Along with other V&E attorneys, represented a leading multinational lender and major commercial bank in connection with the approximately US$500 million financing of a semi-submersible drilling vessel to be operated under charter in Brazil
- Along with other V&E attorneys, represented the developer and borrower in connection with the syndicated bank financing of a Canadian-U.S. diluent pipeline
- Along with other V&E attorneys, represented the agent bank in connection with the financing of oil storage facilities in Oklahoma
