- Assisted in all aspects of representing Regency Energy Partners LP in connection with the formation of a joint venture for the construction and development of an intrastate natural gas transportation system in the Haynesville Shale region of Louisiana valued at approximately $1.1 billion
- Assisted in all aspects of representing a leading public utility in connection with the formation of a joint venture for the construction of a transmission line running from Ohio to Maryland valued at approximately $1.8 billion, including the associated construction and services agreements
- Assisted in all aspects of representing Complete Energy Holdings, LLC in connection with a proposed $1.3 billion merger with a publicly-traded special acquisition corporation
Energy Projects and Transactions View All
- Assisted in all aspects of representing an independent natural gas and oil company in negotiating and drafting a construction management agreement for the construction of an approximately $1 billion CO2 extraction plant and associated transportation pipelines
- Assisted in all aspects of representing AES Gener S.A. in connection with the development of an approximately 460 megawatt, coal-fired electric generating plant located in Chile, including negotiating and drafting the associated turnkey, engineering, procurement and construction contract
- Assisted in all aspects of representing Shell Trading (U.S.) Company in connection with the financing, construction and long-term charter of three U.S.-flag “Jones Act” vessels valued at over $400 million
