Biography
Nagahisa’s principal area of practice involves international business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and finance. Prior to joining Vinson & Elkins, Nagahisa worked for a large law firm in Louisville, Kentucky, where he represented Japanese companies doing business in the United States. He is a native speaker of Japanese.
