Obtained dismissal of securities fraud class-action filed challenging a pipeline company’s disclosures regarding its operations and maintenance efforts in the Southern District of Texas; the Fifth Circuit affirmed the dismissal. Part of a team that defended a midstream energy company in a dispute arising out of the sale of the company’s pipeline and gas plant assets in the Marcellus shale; defended claims that the company breached warranties in the purchase and sale agreement
