Biography
Meagan’s practice primarily focuses on tax planning and tax-exempt financing. Her tax planning practice consists of analyzing and advising on the federal income tax aspects of domestic and cross-border transactions involving partnerships, corporations, limited liability companies, and real estate investment trusts. In her tax-exempt finance practice, Meagan reviews, structures, and advises on tax-exempt bond transactions that involve municipalities, independent school districts, and hospital borrowers.
