Biography
Mark’s practice focuses primarily on commercial lending and finance transactions, including asset-based financings, acquisition financings, and reserve-based financings. He represents private equity funds, commercial banks, and corporate borrowers in connection with domestic and international business transactions, with a particular emphasis on the acquisition and financing of real estate assets, performing and distressed loan portfolios, and other financial assets located in Japan. His experience includes representation of agent banks in syndicated credit facilities, financial sponsors in connection with debtor in possession credit facilities, and energy companies in LNG project development and sales agreements.
