Biography
Mark focuses on finance and energy transactions. His finance practice is broadly based and includes representation of lenders, borrowers, and sponsors in U.S. domestic and cross-border syndicated and structured financings, including acquisition finance, reserve-based oil and gas finance, and vessel and infrastructure finance. Mark also represents investors in the acquisition of loan portfolios (performing and distressed). Mark’s energy transactions practice encompasses representation of energy industry clients, with particular emphasis on the natural gas sector, in a variety of transactions in the U.S. and abroad, including gas gathering and processing, transportation, production handling, fuel arrangements, and joint ventures. Mark has extensive international experience and has been resident in V&E's Moscow and Beijing offices.
