Biography
Leisa’s practice is in general intellectual property law, with a primary focus on patent litigation. She represents companies in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries, as well as companies in the oil and gas, display technology, plastics, security, telecommunications, and various other industries in patent infringement, copyright infringement, and trade secret misappropriation litigations, arbitrations, and disputes. Leisa has additional experience in licensing, technology acquisition, product clearance, and freedom to operate matters.
