Biography
Larry has extensive experience in complex syndicated bank transactions, representing either the lender or the borrower. He also has significant experience in acquisition finance and structured finance. In addition, he has worked on all aspects of energy finance: public and private debt and equity placements; financial institution loans and note purchases, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and operating and farm-out arrangements. He has represented issuers, underwriters, creditors, borrowers, investors, and producers in these transactions.

Larry has worked for developers and banks on power, telecommunications, pipeline, mining, wind farm, offshore platforms, oxygen plant, oil and gas, and ore processing projects, both domestically and abroad. These projects have involved financings in the 144A and commercial paper markets and by multilateral agencies and financial institutions.
