Biography
Kyle focuses on helping technology and other emerging companies structure and manage their business, raise capital, and buy and sell businesses. Kyle also represents venture capital and private equity investors and their portfolio companies. Kyle primarily focuses on the alternative energy, life sciences and technology industries, and a variety of emerging and middle-market companies. Kyle works from Austin and Silicon Valley, where he opened V&E’s Palo Alto office.
