Biography
Kristen’s principal practice area is patent litigation. She has experience in a variety of phases of patent litigation, including pre-trial preparation and strategy, fact and expert discovery, Markman hearings, and trial preparation. In addition to her patent litigation experience, Kristen also has experience in trademark, trade secret, and multidistrict litigation; prosecution and maintenance of domestic and foreign patent applications and patents; licensing agreements; infringement opinions; and prosecution and maintenance of domestic and foreign trademark applications and registrations. Kristen has represented clients in matters involving medical devices, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, computer software, video-on-demand, chemical products, Internet technology, automated assembly, and consumer products.
