Biography
Jon’s practice focuses on international project finance and development transactions in the energy, water, transportation, and infrastructure sectors, particularly in the MENA region. He has extensive experience with I(W)PP developments and has advised on a number of award-winning deals. Jon also advises on all manner of project documentation, including joint venture agreements, operating and maintenance agreements, power purchase agreements, water treatment agreements, tolling agreements, and construction contracts.

Prior to joining V&E, Jon was a partner in a leading international firm in London.
