Biography
An accomplished lawyer with 37 years of experience, John's principal practice areas are energy regulation, administrative law, and appellate practice. John represents oil pipelines before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and state public utility commissions and in appeals of orders of those commissions. He also advises clients about energy regulatory matters and has represented clients in civil litigation and arbitrations involving energy regulatory matters and energy transactions. As a litigator, John has represented clients at all levels of the judicial system, and is admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court. John's extensive knowledge has earned him recognition by Chambers USA as one of its leading lawyers in energy regulation in 2005 - 2010.
