Biography
John's principal area of practice is intellectual property, with a focus on patent litigation and appeals. He has represented clients in a variety of fields, including liquid crystal displays, software, and internet technology. He also has experience in the areas of copyright and trade secret law. John has represented clients in various U.S. District Courts, including those in Texas and Delaware, and also has experience practicing before the International Trade Commission. While serving as a deputy city attorney, John also tried two criminal cases to verdict before a jury in a California state court.
