Biography
Jo Ann’s practice focuses on representation of energy clients including counseling and representation of clients in connection with regulation of electric utilities, federal and state enforcement of electric reliability standards, implementation of Smart Grid initiatives, and regulatory implications of transactional and corporate matters. Her practice also includes trial of complex energy-related issues in administrative and civil forums.

- Counsels clients on matters related to North American Electric Reliability Corporation's Reliability Standards, including compliance and enforcement issues
- Serves as a lead attorney in administrative proceeding in which the costs of advanced meter deployment are reconciled
- Served as lead attorney for utility in gaining regulatory approval of large advanced meter deployment and provides continuing advice on project implementation
