Biography
Jim’s practice focuses primarily on commercial lending and financial transactions, including energy loans, asset-based loans, and acquisition loans. Jim has experience in the structuring, financing and acquisition of asset-backed portfolios, and regularly represents private equity funds, commercial banks, commercial finance companies, mezzanine funds, borrowers and issuers in connection with a wide variety of commercial lending transactions in the U.S. and Japan, including senior secured and unsecured bank lending, syndicated credit facilities, subordinate lending and asset-backed lending.

Jim currently serves as the Managing Partner of the Tokyo office.
