Nall, Jennifer Librach

Biography
Jennifer’s principal practice area is patent litigation.  Her litigation experiences include identifying and analyzing prior art, analyzing non-infringement positions, drafting motions, and handling various discovery matters.  Prior to joining Vinson & Elkins, Jennifer served as a judicial clerk to the Hon. Timothy B. Dyk of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and as a judicial intern to the Hon. Lee Yeakel of the Western District of Texas. Prior to law school, Jennifer spent over six years as a microprocessor designer at a large microprocessor manufacturer.
