Biography
Jenn’s practice focuses on real estate and general business transactions, including commercial leasing and property acquisitions and dispositions. Jenn is a key member of the Dallas real estate group's leasing practice. She has experience representing institutional landlords and tenants in the negotiation, drafting, execution, and subsequent amendment of commercial leases, as well as assisting in resolving disputes in landlord/tenant relationships. Jenn has also assisted in the representation of institutional investors and developers in acquisitions and dispositions of a variety of real estate assets such as multi-family apartment complexes, retail shopping centers, raw land, office buildings, and industrial parks.
