Biography
Jeff's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, project development and finance, and corporate finance and capital markets transactions, with an emphasis on cross border and privatization transactions in the energy (including renewables) and telecommunications industries in Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa. Jeff has represented developers, corporate issuers and acquirers, and their advisors in numerous cross border transactions. He also has substantial experience in the areas of project bond financings and public and private debt restructurings.
Jeff is International Coordinator for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa practice. Jeff maintains offices in both London and the UAE.
