Biography
James is an M&A/Private Equity partner in the Dallas and Washington DC offices. Before attending law school, James worked in the corporate lending department of a major commercial bank. He practices corporate law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions. He has extensive experience in the representation of private equity sponsors and corporations in public and private mergers and acquisitions involving companies in the energy, health care, government contracting, and telecommunications industries.
