Biography
Hilary focuses her litigation practice on federal securities litigation, business and commercial disputes, and intellectual property litigation. She has represented clients in these types of lawsuits in trial and appellate courts across the country. Hilary also has experience representing public companies, accounting firms, and investment banks in SEC investigations and securities arbitration matters.
