Biography
Hal's principal area of practice is commercial real estate, and includes the representation of clients in transactions involving the acquisition, disposition, development, and leasing of real estate and secured financings. Hal also represents clients in a broad range of other business law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, business formations, private equity investments, combinations and reorganizations, and debt and venture capital financings.
