Biography
Griff's principal areas of practice include capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and general corporate representations.  He has successfully represented clients in a broad range of capital markets and private equity transactions, public and private acquisitions and divestitures and general securities law and compliance issues.  He represents private and publicly traded companies, major investment banking firms and private equity firms. Griff has assisted clients in diverse industries with particular experience in the energy, oil and gas and oilfield service sectors.
