Biography
Erin's principal areas of practice are patent litigation, patent licensing, strategic patent counseling, portfolio assessment, and patent prosecution, primarily in the areas of pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, research tools, and other life science-related areas. Erin has experience in all stages of patent litigation including pre-suit investigations, discovery, patent Markman hearings, and trial experience. Erin's experience on the transactional side of patent law includes advising clients on the acquisition of patents, portfolio assessment, and negotiating and drafting patent license and product commercialization agreements. Erin provides strategic patent counseling and has experience prosecuting patents for life sciences-related inventions.
