Biography
Erica's principal area of practice is complex commercial litigation. She has represented large and small companies as both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of industries, including computers, semiconductors, telecommunications, steel, natural gas pipelines, insurance, and securities. She has also been extensively involved in representing clients in numerous commercial class actions. Erica is Co-Chair of the firm's Electronic Discovery Task Force.
