Biography
An accomplished lawyer with more than 26 years of experience, Ted's practice focuses primarily on technology-related business and M&A transactions, including technology-based financings and acquisitions, and IP licensing transactions.
He also advises clients on private equity matters; e-Commerce and Internet matters; international licensing; outsourcing transactions; and royalty monetization and securitization transactions.
Ted is a member of V&E's M&A group and the Technology practice group. As a result of his work, he has been recognized by Chambers USA as a leading business lawyer in technology and IT outsourcing in 2006 - 2010.
