Biography
Ed is a member of the firm's Complex Commercial Litigation practice group. He has also done a significant amount of work in advising and representing lawyers and law firms on professional responsibility issues, including grievance matters and in connection with claims of malpractice, breach of fiduciary duty, and professional misconduct.
