Drew’s practice focuses on the representation of private equity funds and energy companies in connection with international business transactions, with a particular emphasis on structured finance and the energy sector. He has experience in financing and structuring the acquisition of assets in international markets, including portfolios of distressed real estate assets and non-performing loans in Japan.
