Biography
Dominic’s practice focuses on project finance transactions in the utilities, energy, metals, and infrastructure sectors. His client base includes a mix of governments, sponsors, and financial institutions on both an Islamic and conventional basis, and he has strong experience working with ECAs on large, multi-sourced project financing deals. Dominic’s experience spans the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Europe.

Prior to joining V&E, Dominic was a partner at Norton Rose, where he served as International Managing Partner in Bahrain and Head of the Middle East Projects and Banking practice. He is consistently ranked as a leading lawyer by Chambers Global and has also been named by MEED as one of the Top 6 Regional Project Finance Lawyers. Dominic has been based in the Middle East since 2005.
