David's practice focuses primarily on corporate work, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and project development. David's clients include publicly-traded energy companies, private equity funds, portfolio companies, and financial services companies. David advises these clients in connection with their acquisition, development, financing and disposition of energy and infrastructure assets in the U.S. and internationally.
